The light energy is converted into heat, causing the dilated blood vessels to shrink and close, without damaging the surrounding tissues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For whom?  <\/strong><strong>      <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The treatment is designed for vascular and sensitive complexions with dilated, broken vessels (so-called &#8220;spider veins&#8221;). It is performed to reduce erythema and in people prone to redness.
